Bonding of plastic parts on Audi roof panel. The equipment is loaded with plastic parts manually; the parts are then automatically sprayed with adhesive. The parts are positioned into moulds with vacuum suckers. After putting into operation, the cycle is automatic: the machine presses plastic parts to the roof panel in specified points. After completion of the operation, the machine automatically prints a plate with universal product coding. In case that the machine fails to fix the parts, the machine signals failure and does not print the plate.
