CNC machining center - TOStec GRATA

CNC milling cutter capable of milling up to 30ton. workpieces on 5 individual axis X, Y, Z, A, C.  Milling is controlled by our HEIDENHAIN TNC 530 system.  SIEMENS digital AC  servos provide 5000mm x-axis, 2000mm y-axis, and 1120mm z-axis movement.

TOStec Grata is equiped with an indexing adjustable milling head with a driveshaft that provides 2,5° incremented rotation. This milling head can be replaced by a CNC 2-axial continuous milling head GDM-200-2MC with continuously controlled position management and a max. speed of 28000 rpm.
